Collier, Timothy – Court of Appeals, 3/1/13, not to be published.
Opinion reversing in part. The Court of
Appeals reversed the trial court’s imposition of court costs, and remanded for
a determination of whether Collier was a poor person as defined in KRS
453.190(2) and whether he was unable to pay court costs now and in the future.
Robert Yang represented Mr. Collier on direct appeal, and Anita Mindrup-Ivie of
Henderson, at trial.
